Billing & Revenue Control Manager - Jersey or Guernsey

Experienced finance professional required to take day-to-day responsibility and management for the revenue function of a fast paced finance team. The successful candidate will lead the billing and cash collection teams to support the management of working capital, improve cash flow and limit exposure to bad debt. The role will also require regular and ad hoc reproting to the CFO and Head of Finance Operations, fee earners and clients. 

Applicants should have a proven track record in a similar role preferably gained from a legal or a professional services environment, with demonstrable team management experience and strong working knowledge of financial reporting systems and their application in a large, complex business. Confident, professional communication skills are essential, as is a high level of initiative and decision making capability with a results driven environment.
