Senior Finance Operations Manager

New vacancy available for a candidate to join our client's central finance team to oversee the day-to-day finance operations of a highly estbalished professional services firm.

The role will focus on delivering efficient end to end financial processes, where the successful candidate will lead and a delveop an experienced team of finance professionals whilst driving continuous improvements and financial performance levels. 

The ideal applicant must be skilled in leadership/team management, possess excellent communication and interpersonal abilities with a focus on the smooth running of financial operations. You will be suitably qualified e.g. ACCA, CIMA, CPA or equivalent with relevant experience preferably gained within a law firm or professional services environment. Applicants must be tech-savvy and be confident in the use of technology with proficiency in Excel, experience using Aderant practice management system would be an advantage.
