Trainee Payments Administrator

A Trainee Payments Administrator is required to join the Real Estate department of a dynamic and expanding company. This is a junior level role where the successful applicant will complete all payment related tasks and take responsibility for the provision of administrative support to our client's Real Estate client base. Other responsibilities will include updating and reconciling cashbooks, releasing payments on internet banking and filing payment paperwork.

The successful applicant must have a high attention to detail and accuracy and have excellent communication skills in addition to a strong academic background (A*-C at GCSE & A Levels). Although this is a trainee level role there will be no immediate requirement to study towards a professional qualification however this could develop in to a Trainee Book-keeper / Accountant role over time.
