Administrator - Business Management

Our client, an award winning financial services provider, is seeking a capable and organised individual to join their busy Corporate Governance team. The successful applicant will assist in ensuring that all managed entities are kept in good standing, across various jurisdictions, whilst overseeing completion of all regulatory and filing obligations. You'll provide general company secretarial support, such as setting up meetings and monitoring board actions, and will support with administrative tasks across the business.
Applicants should have at least three years' experience in a Trust, Funds or Legal environment, combined with strong communication and IT skills, and a flexible, 'can-do' approach. This is a busy role, and the ideal candidate will be someone who can multi-task under pressure, prioritise and stay calm when juggling multiple priorities!
