Company Secretarial Administrator

Great new opportunity within a leading commercial organisation for a candidate with company secretarial experience to join their Governance, Compliance & Risk division.
Reporting into the Head of Compliance as Co Sec Administrator you will support the board and committees with meetings and general administration, maintain statutory records, manage governance processes and advise on best practice. You will build strong relationships across the company, and help to drive positive change by shaping policies and educating staff on governance principles.
Applicants will need at at least 18 months' previous experience in corporate governance or company secretarial services, with an understanding of statutory and regulatory requirements for corporate entities. A relevant qualification is preferred, with strong written communication skills and the ability to handle sensitive matters.
