Group Company Secretary

Experienced and qualified candidate required to take on the role of Group Company Secretary for a leading provider of Fund Administration, Private Client and Corporate services. The successful candidate will be responsible for the governance framework and company secretarial matters across various jurisdictions, ensuring that the company adheres to regulatory and statutory requirements, maintains high standards of corporate governance and provides effective support to the Board of Directors, senior management and other stakeholders. You will also manage Board operations, shareholder communication, legal compliance and regulatory reporting for the group's activities.
Candidates must have at least seven years' experience in a relevant role in financial services, with strong knowledge of company secretarial practices, offshore funds and corporate governance frameworks. Excellent IT skills are essential, along with the ability to communicate professionally at all levels, and proactively manage time and priorities. This is a varied and challenging opportunity to be part of a fast-paced and growing organisation.
