Trainee Company Secretarial Administrator

Are you looking for a trainee position within a company secretarial environment?

Our client, a local chartered accountancy firm, is seeking a Trainee Administrator to provide general administrative support to a growing company secretarial team.  This will include assisting with company formations and its' associated tasks for a diverse client base: updating registers, preparation of share certificates, day-to-day minutes, client due diligence, company secretarial filing and lots more!

Applicants must be educated to degree / A Level and have exceptional written and spoken communication skills.  Strong computer literacy required combined with a detail oriented, organised approach and the ability to multi task and prioritise workload in a demanding environment.
