Head of Risk & Compliance

Experienced and knowledgeable senior Compliance professional required to take the lead on Risk 8 Compliance strategy for a Trust & Funds business.  The successful candidate will hold key regulatory requirements where required, and will work alongside the Board, regulators and stakeholders to ensure that all regulatory risks are identified, mitigated and managed, whilst also maintaining consistency in the regulatory framework in place across various jurisdictions. 

This is a strategic leadership role, and candidates must demonstrate extensive experience in leading a Risk & Compliance function within Trust and/or Funds, along with in depth understanding of Trust company regulation, Fund structures, AML/CFT frameworks and corporate & fiduciary governance.
