Manager, Client Onboarding Unit

Our client is seeking an established Manager with a strong background in the legal, compliance or regulatory sector, to oversee a team of client onboarding and AML specialists who are responsible for the company's European operations. 

This is a pivotal role in the organisation, and the successful applicant will set strategic direction, drive ongoing process improvement, demonstrate great team leadership and be a key participant in internal and cross-jurisdictional projects. You will also be required to ensure that onboarding processes are aligned with regulatory obligations, commercial objectives and the firm's vision, promoting service excellence and continuous improvement. 

Along with experience in a similar role at Manager level, you will be required to demonstrate knowledge and experience of the onshore and offshore regulatory environment, and a solid understanding of AML/CDD and client service delivery. Organisational and leadership skills will be key, as will a practical and commercial approach to problem solving and a proven track record of delivering enhancements to process efficiency.
