Fund Dealer

The purpose of this position is to deal in offshore funds / unit trusts and hedge funds. Interested??

The successful candidate will be responsible for the following duties:

• To place offshore fund/unit trust and hedge fund trades with fund managers/administrators by telephone and fax
• Complete account opening documentation and supply relevant KYC
• Monitor receipt of contract notes from the fund managers and report to a Director any trades outstanding for three days
• Circulate spreadsheets and arrange payment of hedge fund trades
• Place foreign exchange trades in relation to fund trades
• Complete trade tickets from Fund Manager’s contract notes
• Liaise with fund managers/administrators regarding trail commission terms
• Update fund database
