Portfolio Management Senior Specialist

Experienced, capable and ambitious candidate required to provide all round support across the accounting and administration teams of a leading funds services provider. You will be responsible for ensuring that portfolio administration meets client service level agreements and deadlines, whilst adhering to policy and procedure, and ensuring effective communication with clients and stakeholders. 

The role is responsible for portfolio documentation and record keeping, cash flow monitoring and reconciliation, compliance, onboarding, supporting financial reporting and review of investment documentation. 

Applicants will ideally hold a professional accountancy qualification and have excellent working knowledge of various Private Capital fund structures and the associated accounting requirements. You will need strong administrative skills, the ability to manage your time effectively in a fast paced environment, and sound analytical and problem solving skills.
