Senior Client Manager

Fantastic opportunity for an experienced professional from the funds sector to take responsibility for the overall satisfaction of a portfolio of clients within a leading investments organisation. 

The successful candidate will overseee the entire client experience, from understanding their requirements and expectations, through to guiding staff across the organisation to successfully interpret these needs, and facilitating progress and follow up meetings to ensure continuity of excellence. There will be an element of process improvement, and overseeing corrections, with the ultimate aim of strengthening client relationships and supporting organisational growth. 

Applicants will need in depth knowledge of the funds environment, particularly Private Capital, and must have a proven track record of working with a client service or operational environment. You will need excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills, with the ability to negotiate and influence, adapt to changing environments and work collaboratively when under pressure.
