Senior Manager - Investor Services

Experienced candidate required to join our client's Investor Services team, working collaboratively with Funds Services to coordinate client service for the full life cycle of operations, from take-on to business as usual, through to termination. You will ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, and proactively support the administrators with day-to-day tasks, including onboarding, AML/CDD reviews, preparation/review of capital call & distribution, preparation/review of checklists and handling fund manager and investor calls and queries.

Candidates are required to have significant experience in the funds sector, along with operational experience gained in alternative investments and investor services. You will need strong working knowledge of AML and FATCA/CRS regulations, and proven ability in on-boarding clients, funds and investors.  Excellent client service skills are essential, along with the ability to communicate effectively and work under pressure with a flexible, 'can-do' approach.
