HR and Payroll Manager

Experienced and capable HR professional required to manage the Human Resources function of an independently owned trust company.  This is a generalist role where the successful candidate will be responsible for operational and strategic HR initiatives, ensuring that the firm attracts and retains great staff, whilst aligning HR strategies with company goals. 

Applicants should be experienced in all areas of HR operations and administration, including strategic leadership, talent acquisition & onboarding, compensation & benefits management, employee relations and policy & procedure (governance), and will generally be instrumental in fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture. 

Candidates should have at least five years' experience in an HR generalist role, with sound knowledge of employment laws and regulations in Jersey, and the ability to provide a reliable, supportive and proactive HR service. You'll need strong communication skills, excellent organisational skills and attention to detail, a strategic mindset and a genuine desire to be part of a collaborative, fast-paced working environment.
