HR Operations Business Partner

Experienced HR candidate required to lead and coordinate comprehensive HR activities for a leading commercial organisation. The successful candidate will provide support on various generalist HR matters, including sickness absence management, employee wellbeing, recruitment and employee relations, and will also provide HR data analysis insight to drive improvement across all areas. You will be an key part of the operational team, working alongside colleagues to create a great working environment and support on budgets and other targets.
Applicants will ideally hold a professional HR qualification supported by a minimum of 5 years' generalist HR experience. You will need experience working at a senior level, with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to liaise effectively at all levels. Organisational and planning skills are essential, with the ability to coordinate and interpret data, and a commitment to continuous improvement.
