Business Solutions Support

Committed and ambitious candidate with experience across IT testing, operational and business support required to join a busy Change and Innovation team. The primary focus of the role is to test new and updated business processes, ensuring that operational, regulatory and stakeholder requirements are met before any changes go live. The successful candidate will work closely with stakeholders and subject matter experts across the business, making sure that improvements are aligned with business needs.

The successful candidate will ideally have relevant professional qualifications (although not essential), and a strong desire to develop testing, process or change-related skills. Experience in an operational or process-related role would be beneficial, along with an understanding of business processes and workflow logic. You'll need strong attention to detail, good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team.
