IT Support Engineer - 2nd 3rd Line

Our client, a well-established and growing IT services provider, is seeking a talented IT professional to join their Service Delivery team.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment, providing high-quality IT support to a diverse client base. The role is primarily office-based with a focus on delivering remote support, alongside occasional onsite client visits where required.

Working as part of a team, you will be responsible for supporting clients with a wide range of technical issues, including desktop, network and server environments. You will spend a significant proportion of your time responding to support calls, diagnosing issues, and delivering effective solutions, while ensuring a high level of service is maintained at all times.

This is a hands-on position where you will play an active role in engineering tasks, contributing to the overall performance of the Service Desk. You will also be encouraged to take ownership of your professional development, working towards relevant certifications, particularly within Microsoft 365 and Azure, with support from the wider business.

The successful candidate will be proactive, technically capable and keen to develop their skillset further within a supportive and forward-thinking organisation. Strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication and the ability to work effectively as part of a team are essential.
