Professional Services Engineer

An experienced and self-motivated Professional Services Engineer is required to join our client and provide various IT related support services to a diverse client base.

Working as part of a team you will deal with a myriad of tasks including but not limited to: 

• Diagnosis and resolution of desktop, network and server issues;
• Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, networks devices, printers, and scanners;
• Responding to support enquiries and urgent technical problems;
• Troubleshooting and ensuring client requirements are met.

Applicants must be confident in their use of IT and have good analytical, conceptual and problem solving skills to evaluate business problems and apply technology knowledge to identify appropriate solutions. In addition, strong communication skills are essential as well as being able to demonstrate a commitment to the highest levels of client service with the ability to build and maintain strong working relationships. The successful candidate will support clients both remotely and on-site at their offices, therefore a valid and clean driving license is required.
