A well established and dynamic family office in Jersey is seeking an Officer / Administrator for their insurance support services to join their dedicated and collaborative team. This position offers the chance to work with a prestigious international client base and provides valuable cross border exposure through regular interaction with colleagues and clients across multiple jurisdictions. 

In this role, you will report to the Management of the Insurance Services team and support Relationship Managers with a variety of key responsibilities. This includes obtaining quotes for both new and renewal business, managing the full renewal process, monitoring and maintaining internal databases, and helping to identify opportunities to enhance system capability and improve operational efficiency.

A good understanding of insurance is essential. The ideal candidate will be able to multitask and work with accuracy, demonstrating a strong aptitude for numbers and excellent interpersonal skills. An adaptable, proactive and team focused approach to work is also vital to succeed in this fast paced and client?centric environment.   This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to contribute to a high performing function while gaining meaningful international experience.
