Fantastic new opportunity for a qualified candidate with experience in Corporate Law and strong technical expertise to join a reputable Financial Services Law team, where you will engage in a dynamic and varied workload, providing support to partners and senior associates across a broad range of financial services work. 

The successful applicant will advise clients on matters relating to corporate and commercial law, investment funds, banking and regulatory matters, and you will need to demonstrate a client-focused, commercially minded approach, the ability to think on your feet and adapt to an ever-changing workload. 

Alongside relevant qualifications and experience, candidates will demonstrate strong technical ability and either business development experience, or the motivation to become involved with this area.
