Knowledge Management Administrator

New vacancy available for a Knowledge Management Administrator to work as part of dynamic pan-jurisdiction team to drive knowledge sharing and transferring across the organisation through maximising the utilisation of existing systems and available resources.  A key role in providing accurate legal information and knowledge management services both within the Jersey office and across the firm globally.

Responsibilities will include but are not limited to acting as a point of contact for legal research resources, operating a search desk/enquiry service for fee earners, supporting the evolution of the KM database and managing the hard copy libraries across the group.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong legal research skills and a high level of proficiency in IT business software packages. Experience with iManage, SharePoint, Visio and Contract Express is desirable, while familiarity with AI-enabled legal technology or knowledge tools would be advantageous.  Applicants should possess a highly organised and tenacious approach, together with prior administrative experience gained within a professional services environment.
