Paralegal

We are seeking a Paralegal with previous experience in trade mark prosecution or intellectual property administration to join our client and provide technical and procedural support. 

As part of the Trade Mark Prosecution department, this role supports a wide variety of trade mark prosecution matters, including searches, official actions, and client correspondence, whilst also assisting with portfolio management for a diverse, multi-jurisdictional client base.

A sound understanding of trade mark procedures and prosecution processes and a willingness to develop this knowledge through experience and training is required. You must also have a collaborative and team-focused approach, working effectively with colleagues to deliver high-quality client service.
