6 months FTC - Internal Communications & Change Coordinator

Exciting and unusual contract opportunity to join a fast-paced, multi-jurisdictional Change Team, and work with the Head of Internal Communications and Engagement to support the delivery of internal communications, engagement and change programmes across the business. 

You will be responsible for co-ordinating the calendar of campaigns, working with subject matter experts and stakeholders across the business to support culture, vision and strategy within various areas including CSR, wellbeing and sustainability.  You will write and edit a variety of different and engaging content to support communications campaigns, and will manage internal communication channels on a daily basis.  The successful candidate will also be responsible for producing reports on the successes/challenges of communications projects, and there will be opportunity to get involved with ad hoc projects and initiatives. 

The successful applicant will have excellent interpersonal and written communication skills, and the ability to liaise professionally with a diverse group at varying levels of seniority.  You will need high levels of accuracy in proof reading and drafting, and be able to write engaging communications pieces as well as creating visually compelling presentations.  The ability to work effectively in a busy environment and manage multiple priorities is essential, and you must be confident working alone or collaboratively within a team.
