Administration Assistant

An Administration Assistant is required to join our well established client to provide an efficient and high quality administrative and accounts service for a diverse client base. Duties will include but are not limited to drafting correspondence, assisting with billing, invoicing, payroll and bank reconciliations, processing payments and preparing meeting packs.
Ideal applicants will have a self-motivated and pro-active approach with the ability to work effectively and accurately as part of a team as well as individually. Excellent organisation and communication skills are essential, some experience of working in an office environment would be an advantage. A junior level role, although there is not a requirement to study towards a professional qualification, support towards this may be given in time.
