Administration Assistant

Exciting opportunity to join a fast paced team who provide a variety of secretarial and administrative support services to client facing teams across various jurisdictions. Typical duties will include typing and formatting of documents, maintaining an up to date filing system, preparing invoices, updating systems, managing client interactions, assisting with meetings, and all other ad hoc administrative tasks as required.
Applicants should have a can-do approach, and be capable of working accurately and methodically within a fast-paced, pressured environment. Previous office based experience is required, along with strong IT skills, the ability to organise/prioritise a busy workload, and confident communication skills.
This is a fantastic role within a market leading firm for a junior candidate who is keen to gain an understanding of professional services, and the successful applicant will develop great experience through exposure to a wide variety of teams, projects and duties.
