Contract - Part Time - Reception Office Administrator

We are thrilled to be supporting our client,  a fast paced, thriving investments firm, in the recruitment of a competent part time receptionist / office administrator to work mornings (on a 6 month contract), 8.30 to 13.00 each day, Monday to Friday.

Duties to include managing and covering the main reception area, general office administration support as well as looking after clients, visitors, dealing with couriers, opening post, booking travel arrangements, deliveries, and ordering stationery and supplies.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who has excellent communications skills, is passionate about delivering a high level of client services, has proven IT skills as well as general office administration experience. As this role is front of house, applicants must also have a smart and professional appearance.
