An exciting opportunity has arisen for a individual with excellent secretarial and administrative experience.
Our client is seeking to recruit a Personal Assistant / Office Administrator to provide an efficient and responsive administrative service to the Chief Financial Officer.
The ideal candidate will need to demonstrate that they have the ability to organise and ensure the smooth running of the office, be able to communicate effectively, be able to work on your own initiative and adapt to changing circumstances with ease.
This is a great opportunity which would suit either someone with previous experience as a PA or in an administrative support role. Experience in Financial Services or Private Equity would be advantageous along with some German language skills.
