Receptionist / Office Administrator

We have a rare opportunity for a Receptionist / Office Administrator to take on an interesting and varied role within a well established and professional small to medium sized business. You will be responsible for covering the main reception between the office hours of 9-5pm, and all associated duties, as well as general administration, to include assisting with scanning and filing.
Applicants must have good working knowledge of MS Word and Excel, ideally have some reception and/or office administration experience with a pro-active approach and excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
As this is a front of house position, it is essential that applicants have a smart and professional appearance. If you are organised, approachable, and thrive in friendly office environment, we would love to hear from you.
