Support - Administration Assistant

Our client has a great new role within a busy support team for a candidate who can work collaboratively to provide administrative and secretarial support across a variety of matters, including preparing documentation, updating systems, managing client interactions and responding to queries. The successful applicant will be expected to take a proactive approach in communicating and engaging with fee earners across the business to identify areas where support can be offered, and will be able to apply process improvement techniques to deliver efficiencies and improve client experience. You will also have the opportunity to support with IT and project change management, and the role presents great opportunity to gain exposure across a wide variety of business initiatives where you will be able to develop your knowledge and experience and advance your career.
Candidates should have previous administrative experience, ideally within a professional services firm, a tech-savvy outlook and the ability to work within a busy, time-pressured environment. You will need to be a confident communicator, with strong IT skills and the ability to efficiently and effectively manage your time and prioritise your workload.
