Commercial Sector - Operations Supervisor

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Operations Supervisor to join our client’s Jersey office and lead a team of four within their Express Couriers & Logistics division. This is a brand-new role, giving you the chance to shape the position and make a real impact.

You will oversee day-to-day operations, support and develop your team, maintain strong client relationships,and work closely with the wider business to drive efficiency, profitability and growth across the island. Daily collaboration with the UK office ensures alignment and consistency in all operational activities.

The ideal candidate will have experience in logistics, freight or operational management, although candidates from a facilities background with relevant operational knowledge will also be considered. Strong leadership, organisational skills and a proactive approach are essential.

This role offers the chance to take ownership of a dynamic operational function and play a key part in the continued success of the business in Jersey.  The position comes with excellent benefits, including a company pension, a company van, EOT bonus and commission.
