Manager, Group Client Operations

Interesting new role available with our valued client for a tech whizz with a background in Trust!  Working as an integral part of this growing organisation, you will design training programs and workshops to ensure that the company is using the NavOne system effectively, using an understanding of business processes to maximise efficiency and productivity. The successful candidate will also deliver training sessions, ensuring a good level of understanding for all users, and will create manuals and user guides. 

There will also be an involvement in client management from a data perspective, and you will ensure that systems are accurate, monitored and up to date, and will be responsible for drafting processes in relation to general client operations. The role will involve project work, and you will assist in the development and implementation of operational strategies to improve efficiencies. 

Candidates will need to have previous client facing experience, but should have a strong 'tech' focus and proven experience in working with systems, processes and workflows. You'll need strong analytical and interpersonal skills, as well as leadership, training and mentoring experience. The ability to thrive in a fast paced environment is essential, along with a motivated approach and dedication to client service.
