Part-Time Market Research Interviewers x 4

We’re proud to be exclusively supporting our client in recruiting 4–6 part-time Market Research Interviewers to support the Jersey Passenger Exit Survey.

This is a flexible role offering a minimum of 15 hours per week, including weekends with additional hours available, especially during the busier spring and summer season.

Shift Information

• Jersey Airport: 3-hour shifts
• Jersey Harbour: 1.5-hour shifts (perfect for anyone who likes working outside, appropriate all weather clothing will be provided)

Shift times will vary in line with flight and ferry schedules but will always fall between 5:30am (earliest start) and 8:30pm (latest finish).

A rota is published one month in advance, and the research team will work together to choose and allocate the available shifts. Each interviewer can select the shifts that best suit their availability, provided they commit to at least 15 hours per week. There are shifts available across weekdays and weekends, giving you real flexibility around other commitments.

You can choose to work at the Airport, at the Harbour, or across both locations depending on your preference.

About the Role

You’ll be part of a supportive team responsible for approaching departing passengers and conducting short exit interviews using a tablet / iPad. There is no selling or marketing — just collecting valuable insights to help inform Jersey’s tourism development.
