Project and Shop Manager

Our client, a reputable local charity, is seeking to recruit a dynamic and enthusiastic individual to project manage the set-up and running of a charity shop.  You will be responsible and accountable for maximising shop profit by achieving budgeted income, controlling shop expenditure and recruiting and managing a team of motivated volunteers.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with project management experience, and experience of selling and merchandising to take on a new challenge, really make it their own and really make a difference.  Applicants must have experience of working in a customer focused environment, and preferably team management skills.
