Innovation and Solution Design Manager

An exciting vacancy has arisen for an Innovation and Solution Design Manager to join our client’s Business Solutions team, playing a key role in shaping the future of technology and the evolution of AI across the business. This is an excellent opportunity for a forward-thinking professional with a passion for innovation, emerging technologies (particularly AI) and solution design to lead the identification and evaluation of new technologies, develop practical and sustainable solutions, and support strategic technology delivery across the organisation.

Working closely with internal stakeholders and external suppliers, you will help drive efficiency, enhance insight and improve service quality through smart, scalable technology solutions that support long-term business objectives. 

Applicants should have proven experience translating business requirements into strategic technology roadmaps that guide investment, adoption and operational improvement. Strong experience managing end-to-end technology initiatives and working with business applications is essential, alongside a solid understanding of the trust and corporate services industry.  You will also demonstrate the ability to analyse complex information and convert it into clear, practical and sustainable solutions.
