Customer Services Advisor

Our client is seeking to recruit an experienced Customer Service Advisor to join a busy operational hub, providing front-line support services (face to face, online and over the phone) to a wide range of customers while projecting a positive and friendly image.

Applicants should ideally have previous experience in a similar role, and will be used to multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment, dealing with sensitive situations and always maintaining a high level of professionalism and confidentiality. A strong numeric aptitude is required along with solid all-round admin support skills and excellent attention to detail. You will need to be IT literate, a confident communicator with the ability remain approachable and friendly.
