Administrative Assistant - Secretary

Capable administrator required to provide a high quality administrative / secretarial support to the Senior Management team and across various other departments within a private banking organisation. 

Duties will include diary management, preparation for meetings, workflow support, travel planning, document management, and assisting with meetings, presentations and event planning. 

This is a varied and busy role and the successful candidate must have a 'can-do' approach and the ability to multi-task in a busy environment.  A strong academic background is essential, along with advanced knowledge of Outlook and competency in Word and PowerPoint.  High level secretarial and administrative skills are expected, with excellent written and spoken communication skills at all levels.
