Secretary and Front of House Support Administrator

Fantastic opportunity to join a friendly financial services firm and provide secretarial support along with front of house cover.

The primary focus of the role is to provide support to two Directors where you will manage information flow, oversee calendars and set up meetings, manage the Directors' emails and tasks, deal with correspondence, prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, format and prepare communications (memos, emails, presentations, reports), assist with the preparation of new business proposals and deal with all other general administrative and ad hoc tasks that may come your way! You will also be required to provide reception cover, welcoming clients and visitors, screening calls and ensuring a tidy and welcoming front of house is maintained at all times. 

The successful applicant will be a capable multi-tasker who can operate in an efficient and organised manner when under pressure, and is able to liaise professionally at all levels.  A good level of previous experience in a similar role is essential, along with strong IT skills, great attention to detail and a pragmatic, problem-solving approach.

Qualifications:
Strong academic background and a minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role.
