Temporary - Receptionist & Office Administrator for a minimum of 2 months.

Our client, a financial services provider are urgently seeking to recruit a Receptionist / Office Administrator to start ASAP for a minimum of 2 months.

As receptionist / administrator duties will include answering all incoming calls and replying to messages, booking of meeting rooms and ensuring they are kept tidy, booking taxis, meeting and greeting all visitors to the offices, running errands and all other general administration duties. 

Applicants must have smart appearance as front of house, with a friendly, willing and positive attitude. The ideal candidate will have some relevant experience in a similar role preferably gained from from the finance industry.  Interested, email your CV today to hello@select.je!
