Assistant - Trade Mark Prosecution - Permanent & FTC

Fantastic opportunity available for a bright and motivated candidate to join a busy Trade Mark Prosecution department and provide administrative and operational support to the team.

This is a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic and specialist area of law, supporting a team that manages a broad range of trade mark matters, including searches, responses to official actions, and advising clients on trade mark prosecution and portfolio management. The role is integral to the smooth operation of the department and requires a high level of accuracy and attention to detail, particularly when managing correspondence, maintaining client records, and monitoring deadlines. The successful candidate will take ownership of their workload, oversee the central Client Services mailbox and provide trade mark prosecution support to ensure deadlines are met and service standards are consistently maintained.

Applicants must have a strong academic background with excellent attention to detail and accuracy and a methodical, organised approach.  You will be a confident and professional communicator with the ability to use initiative and exercise sound judgement skills. Previous administrative experience in a professional services or legal environment is desirable but not essential.
