Assistant Accountant

Trainee level accountancy role within a busy Funds team!  This is a great opportunity to kick-start your career in a supportive environment, working alongside experienced team members to gain experience and develop your technical knowledge!

Working under the guidance of a senior you will complete various tasks including bank reconciliations, bookkeeping, file maintenance, preparation of accounts and financial statements, and VAT returns, in addition to providing general support to the team where required.  You will also be involved in team projects, such as updates to processes and record keeping procedures. 

Applicants need to have strong academics and be keen to pursue professional accountancy qualifications. You will need to be able to work with attention to detail in a busy, fast paced team environment, and to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. A self-motivated, adaptable and flexible approach is expected, and the successful candidate will be rewarded with great support in achieving their career goals.
