Junior Underwriter

Unique opportunity available for an entry level candidate looking to work within the insurance sector and gain hands-on experience in both commercial and personal lines underwriting.

As a Junior Underwriter, you will provide all-round support to the underwriting team, this will include assessing risk, processing applications, organising surveyor visits and learning the fundamentals of 
insurance underwriting across a diverse portfolio of clients and policies. 

This is a great opening for a candidate looking for a role that is less client facing and to pursue a slightly different career path within insurance. Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach is essential with the ability to meticulously follow processes and demonstrate excellent communication, organisational and time management skills.
