Administrator - Executive Compensation Services

Committed and forward-thinking candidate required to join our client's busy and growing Executive Compensation team in the position of Administrator!

The successful candidate will have a varied workload focused on providing exceptional customer service including but not limited to client communications, preparing resolutions for the trustee, instructions to intermediaries, payments, updating registers, updating trust records, as well as maintaining and updating online administration portals.

Applicants will ideally have one or two years' experience within the finance industry with a background in trust administration and/or compensation structures, demonstrating solid transferable skills, including technical affinity, data management skills and ideally a good level of experience in MS Excel. You must be comfortable working both independently, and as part of a collaborative team, and will need a pro-active, driven approach.
