Trust - Client Accountant

An opportunity has arisen for a Client Accountant to join a medium sized and independently owned Trust business.

Reporting to the Accounts Manager, as Client Accountant you will join an existing team where you will be responsible for carrying out bookkeeping and reconciliations of transactions, accounts preparation, preparing financial statements for trusts and companies, statutory filings, and annual audit preparations.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ experience in a trust accounts role and hold a recognised accounting qualification such as ACA / ACCA or CAT. You will need experience with using and maintaining accounting systems as well as Excel, be well-organised, have an enthusiastic and hands-on approach, alongside strong and verbal communication skills.
