Contract - Accounting Assistant

Our client is seeking to recruit an Accounting Assistant on a 6 month contract to assist the Accounts Payable team. Responsibilities will include reviewing and processing invoices across a variety of jurisdictions, processing staff expense reclaims and processing payments across a variety of payment methods eg. BACS, CHAPS, ACH etc. The successful applicant will work closely with other teams within the finance department to ensure internal controls are met and tasks are delivered in a timely manner. 

Candidates should have an understanding of basic accounting principles, 2 years relevant experience and ideally be working towards a bookkeeping qualification. Knowledge of Oracle Accounts Payable would be advantageous.

Qualifications:
