Assistant to Group Company Secretary

Experienced candidate required to assist the Group Company Secretary of a privately owned financial services group in adhering to regulatory and statutory requirements, as well as general company secretarial administration and tasks. 

Duties will included CDD and maintenance of statutory registers and filings, support at Board and Committee meetings, minute taking, assistance with ad hoc projects, corporate reporting and stakeholder management. 

Applicants must have previous experience in a similar financial services role, ideally supported by a relevant professional qualification. You'll need a good understanding of Company Secretarial practices and law, governance frameworks, statutory requirements and corporate law. You'll need strong IT and communication skills, along with the ability to effectively prioritise and manage your time in a fast-paced, evolving regulatory and working environment.
