Co-Sec Administrator - Contract

Are you available immediately, have Co-Sec experience and looking for a contract role?
An experienced Company Secretarial Administrator is required for a 6 month contract to be responsible for all administrative aspects of the Co-Sec department. Duties will include but are not limited to drafting minutes, preparation of board papers, inputting and maintaining client statutory records, controlling annual and statutory returns and much more. Applicants should have a minimum of 2 years relevant finance experience, preferably within a company secretarial environment and ideally hold the ICSA Certificate or similar but this is not essential.
