Compliance Manager - Financial Security

We are seeking a individual with a proven track record in a senior AML/Compliance role, preferably within a regulated entity in Jersey, to join our client as a Compliance Manager - Financial Security.

In this role, the successful candidate will lead the Financial Security framework, ensuring compliance with AML, CFT, CPF, sanctions, and market abuse regulations across the group for all Channel Islands entities.  Key responsibilities include managing Financial Security (FS) and Market Abuse and Surveillance (M&S) policies, overseeing compliance monitoring, liaising with regulators and acting as the designated MLRO and MIRO. 

Ideal candidates will have previous experience as a CO, MLCO or MLRO, and hold a relevant professional qualification such as ICA. Hands?on experience in custody, funds, private?wealth or traditional trustee environment is required along with an understanding of complex compliance matters in banking or fund administration.
