Compliance Officer, MLCO & MLRO

We are seeking a Senior Compliance professional to fulfil the non-board principal person role of Compliance Officer, MLCO and MLRO.

In this position, the successful candidate will have responsibility for providing, creating and driving an effective compliance function, ensuring that the Group companies and their clients comply with the law and relevant policies and procedures. You will also have responsibility for designing, implementing, monitoring and reporting upon the efficacy of all internal procedures necessary to ensure compliance with the legislative and regulatory requirements relating to money laundering, the financing of terrorism and the financing of proliferation financing.

Applicants must have a minimum of 5 years financial services industry experience in a Trust Company Business environment, be educated to degree level and/or hold relevant professional qualifications. A strong understanding of anti-money laundering and client due diligence requirements for a Trust Company Business and its clients is essential along with exceptional communication, organisational and prioritisation skills.
