Contract - Senior Funds & AML Services Take-On Administrator

We have a 12 month fixed term contract available for an individual with substantial experience in a CDD/client take-on role within a regulated financial services business, ideally including fund services, to join our client as a Senior Funds & AML Services Take-On Administrator.

In this position, the successful candidate will take on a key role in ensuring our client's regulatory obligations and risk management objectives are met, particularly in relation to client onboarding and due diligence. Undertaking a range of compliance and risk management duties, these will include leading the onboarding and risk assessment of investor business types, ensuring seamless CDD collation and efficient onboarding processes, providing guidance on AML/CFT/CPF, ABC, reputational risk, and CDD matters and supporting the firm’s compliance with AML, data protection, and financial services regulations.

Along with relevant experience, the ideal candidate will have in-depth understanding of AML regulations and compliance frameworks in Jersey, Guernsey, and/or Cayman, as well as, familiarity with complex corporate, fiduciary and fund structures. A pragmatic, solutions-focused mindset with a collaborative approach is essential along with strong organisational and analytical skills.
