Head of Compliance & MLRO - Guernsey

Senior Compliance professional required to lead the Guernsey based Risk & Compliance function of a leading professional services provider, including acting as MLCO and MLRO.  The successful candidate will manage financial crime risk, drive the local Compliance Programme, deliver regulatory reporting and training, and support business decisions with expert compliance advice. 

Applicants are required to have a solid track record in senior compliance, risk or operational roles, along with previous MLRO/MLCO experience, and in depth knowledge of Guernsey's regulatory landscape across fiduciary and investment services. You will engage with senior stakeholders and regulators, and contribute to global initiatives, providing board-level reporting, conduct horizon scanning and lead with a collaborative and forward-thinking approach.  This is a challenging opportunity which also offers scope for further development.
